Morgan Abrams-Nicholas, MBA, CMMI, ITIL
Morgan is a dynamic, results-driven operations & transformation leader, business partner, technology solutioner, systems engineer, project, and program manager with 10+ years’ experience leading cross-functional and technical teams across both federal and commercial industries. He has led teams to curate, design and implement solutions that have successfully achieved strategic business objectives. Morgan concentrates technically in leading systems integration initiatives, ranging from end-to-end systems development, maturation of large-scale service and product delivery models. Morgan additionally serves as a thought leader and strategy driver across many organizations seeking to digitally transform and optimize their knowledge management systems, intranets and overall business processes.
Morgan is a graduate of James Madison University, holding a bachelor's in Sport & Recreation Management with a concertation in Business. Additionally, he holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Business Analytics & Entrepreneurship from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Morgan also has technical certifications in domains such as Project Management, Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), Information Library Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and many more.
Morgan enjoys his time by playing tennis and serves as a volunteer leader on the Board of Directors for the United States Tennis Association (USTA) Mid-Atlantic Section and holds additional volunteer leadership roles with USTA National; the governing body of US tennis.
